Warranty Message:


Pietronix is committed to providing our customers with the best in class, reliable products through our authorized dealers and website. Our policy is to honor all product warranties on products purchased from one of our authorized dealers.  If you purchase a Pietronix cable from an unauthorized dealer, the Pietronix warranty will not be valid. 

If you return an item to Pietronix for repair or replacement, and the item is verified to be counterfeit, or a product not manufactured by Pietronix, you will be notified vie e-mail of phone with instructions for retrieving your item. You will have a maximum of 4 business days to request that the item be shipped back to you at your expense of $50.

 

Warranty Terms:


Instrument Cables: Lifetime warranty from all manufacture defects. 
Speaker Cables: Lifetime warranty from all manufacture defects. 

 

Limited Warranties 


Pietronix makes no warranties except those stated on the Pietronix website. PIETRONIX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

Shipping and Receiving Your Warranty Item:


Shipping your cable to Pietronix for warranty service will be done so at your cost. Shipping The item back to you will be done so at Pietronix cost. Pietronix only ships USPS ground, first-class, when returning cables. You are responsible to ensure your cable is packaged properly so that it does not get damaged during shipping. Repairs needed from shipping damage due to poor packaging will be done at your expense. 

All Products purchased directly from the Pietronix Store online, or from a guitar show, are sold with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Only Pietronix products purchased online from the Pietronix website, or purchased directly from us at a Guitar show, may be retuned directly to Pietronix.  If you purchased your product from an authorized dealer, you must return your product to the authorized dealer you purchased the product from and will be subject to their return policies.

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify us at support@pietronix.com within thirty (30) days. Products which are sold as refurbished, special deals, blemished/damaged, or otherwise noted are not eligible for return. Products must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by your original sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. Return Approvals are valid for fourteen (14) days from issuance. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product(s) while in transit to Pietronix. If you return a product to Pietronix (i) without a Return Approval number, (ii) beyond the fourteen (14) day issuance period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Pietronix retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for Pietronix to credit your account.

 

Returns Procedure


Please ship the unwanted product(s) in a shipping container large enough to accommodate the returned product(s). Your unwanted product(s) are your responsibility until they reach our returns center. We recommend you retain proof of postage for your records. All return shipping costs are responsible and paid by you. All returned items must be undamaged and in mint conditions.

 

Returns Processing Times


Once your item(s) have been received, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process the package, at which point we will process you refund. When posted, please allow your financial institution an additional 2-4 weeks to process funds back onto your account. 

 

Discontinued Items Returned: 


If the item you’ve returned is discontinued or is no longer available, Pietronix will automatically replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured. If nothing is available, we will notify you to discuss next steps. 

 

Limitation of Liability


BOTH YOURS AND PIETRONIX LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER YOU OR PIETRONIX BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THESE TERMS OF SALE, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICE SOLD PURSUANT HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE , OR OTHERWISE.
